For over 20 years, Bartosz Dębski has been supporting Polish and foreign investors in all legal aspects related to pre-transaction analysis of all types of real estate, acquisition, sale, rental and lease of real estate, preparation and conduct of the investment process on real estate, as well as real estate management. Before establishing our law firm, Bartosz worked for over 16 years in international law firms in Warsaw. Then, for over 5 years, he was a partner in one of the largest law firms in Łódź and was responsible for the development of the real estate and corporate law practice in Łódź and Warsaw.

Dorota Furmańska-Radomska specializes in conducting court and administrative proceedings, in particular proceedings related to real estate and investment processes on real estate. Her clients are both Polish and foreign entities.

Our partners have been working closely with lawyers from Denmark for many years, which is why our law firm is particularly involved in advising Danish citizens and Danish companies investing in Poland.
